Virgin Money |
Virgin offers great introductory rates for balance transfers and APR, and then a good variable APR after that. The incentives are all for other Virgin outlets, including 10% off at Virgin Megastores, Wines and Holidays, and 10% off pet, home and travel insurance. As soon as you pay your joining fee, you also get an incredible 75% off at Virgin Active gyms. Whether or not you will be able to get one of these cards depends greatly on your credit history and current income.

I have used the Virgin card as my first MBNA card for balance transfers and it was a good choice I got a 15k limit straight away and a 9 month 0% deal when that was the leading deal in the market place.
They have offered pretty good balance transfers since but nowadays with the 2% fee up front they are not really 0% any more so it's not as good as 2003-6
